Mainly location. Also that it has a nice patio where you can dine. The yard is really pritty and the cottage becomes very beautiful when the lights turn on after sunset.

A lot of things we didn’t like: - not very suitable for tall people - the bed is short, you hit your head when using the toilet, the stairs to the bedroom are really steep; - we experienced tons of stink bugs (will put illustrative pic from Google how they look) - we killed like more than 20 and it was hard to fall asleep as they were flying and faliing; - really bright in the morning due to lack of curtains on thw higher windows; - hosts barely speak english - the man who welcomed us did not speak english and put his daughter (i think) on video who was barely speaking English. The man was a bit annoying and took a lot of time to leave. Every time he passed with his car by the cottage, he beeped with the horn; - in the property policy says no cash, but you cannot pay with card. We gave our last cash! - the roof is metal and when it is cooling down in the evening and heating on the morning feom the sun, there is constant cracking. We overall had not auch a good night because if that cracking and the bugs. Also, on the second floor you can hear some weird noice like there is something in the roof. Feels like something is crawling in the apace between the metal roof and the wooden roof. Feels horrible. - there is almost no place where to put your clothes, I took one small table up; - if you have light sleep, the water pump will wake you up for sure. But i understand the need of the pump. There is noice as well from cars as the metal bridge is close and when passing on it it makes strong sounds; - bathroom smells bad and the shower is not closing. If you use it, you will wet the whole bathroom. Washing machine is only in Russian. - wifi is bad; - the pots and the plates feel like they were used before they were brought to the cottage;

The hospitality was really great. The owners were very sweet and helpful.feel like home for a few days. Peaceful and beautiful atmosphere.

The host family were extremely friendly and helpful. They were there for A to Z.

There is an insect that is widespread everywhere.

It was a really different and wonderful experience. The location of the cottage is like a dream, where you will hear the sound of the waterfall because it is located under the cottage, which will make you feel relaxed and you can also see the canyon easily because it is right next to the cottage.🫶🏼 And last but not least, I really loved the family that owned the cottage and my beautiful friend the cat there, she kept my heart with her there. ❤️

Best stay during our georgian trip! location is amazing since you get all for yourself! No other accommodations nearby. The Martvili canyon where you can watch people passing by in a boat is only some metres away. The house is very cute and offers all you need. Amazing friendly host. The dad showed us many places and was extremely nice! we miss him ❤️
