The apartment is lovely and quite spacious. Wifi is good & Ramona was exceptional, going above & beyond when we experienced a problem

Whilst the apartment was very clean it was very dusty. Not sure why, but we just dusted & it was fine.

The place had literally everything that you need! It was perfect.

Very well equipped for a longer stay. Has shampoo and washing machine. It was a perfect apartment, clean and tidy, excellent location. Contactless checkin. This is great

I gave grade 9 instead of 10 only because of the mattress. This is always most important to me because my purpose when I rent a stay is to get a good night's sleep, so I filter the reviews for info about the bed. Here one person said the bed is very comfortable (la cama es muy comoda). Well, they must be used to sleeping on bricks :)) Perhaps it is a younger person or someone who prefers a harder and bouncy bed but I sleep well only on more spongey, thick mattresses. Here I could feel the springs if I put my hand on the mattress and I felt it as soon as I laid down. When I woke up, I was more tired than the night before, with pain in my neck, back and hips that I felt throughout the whole day and usually don't have this from my bed at home. Also it made me wake up too early so I left the apartment earlier in the morning than I had planned. I feel bad for writing this because the apartment is otherwise perfect but I want to be honest in case anyone else is looking for the same kind of things as me. I always have this experience in Croatia where a nice and new place has a cheaper mattress and maybe in the future I will stick to hotels if I must rent something. I am from Croatia but not from Zagreb and my car was at the shop. I did not stay at friend's house because I don't want to sleep on couches, then I pay money and in the end it was not worth it for me. Nevertheless this is a great apartment and a friendly host at a good location. I think maybe a topper (deblji nadmadrac) would help and it would pay off to invest in one to keep some guests returning whose priority is a softer bed. Thanks!
