The owner is very kind and helpful. The room (the smaller one) has everything one needs for a short stay (there is even a fridge in the corridor at disposal, larger than the one you usually find in hotels), the bed/mattress was exceptionally comfortable and the level of cleanliness in both the bed- and bathrooms is just amazing!! "Complimenti" to the lady Alina who takes care so much about welcoming her guests in the best possible conditions!!

A very clean, tasteful, friendly and comfortable place. It is located around 10 minutes walk from the train station from which the train takes you to Bologna Centrale in less than 15 minutes. The owner was nice, friendly and helpful and there was everything in the room that one needs for a few days stay. There was a tasty sweet breakfast with fresh coffee as well as a cake in the evening and kettle plus tee in the room. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay there!

The location is bit far away from the city center, but with bus and train stations just within walking distance, plus supermarkets like Europspar and Eurospin and Lidl just nearby, everything makes my three-night stay so comfortable and convenient! This B&B is really value for money! The host and hostess are super nice people, and are always accessible and willing to help if they can. Although they speak very little English, with online translation tools, there is no any problem in understanding each other at all.

The sound insulation effect of the room is slightly worse. But overall it's a very quiet place for good sleeping!
