Location is good. Room is spacious.

The old man opened our door without knocking. Very uncomfortable situation.

Lovely home stay with nice couple at the edge the old town of Hoi An- beautiful room with balcony facing a lively street !

They don’t do breakfast in house but there are great places nearby

The location was great, a very short walk to be right in old town. Balcony was super cute, shower was great, the place was clean, aircon was magic. Rooms have mini fridges.

Downstairs is a tailors shop, so immediately first thing in the morning they were trying to hustle us into getting tailoring done by them. I found it exhausting- I want my accomodation to be a place of relaxation. They did not tell us there was a time you had to be back home before they locked the front door- one of our party members got home at 1am to discover the door locked. They were out there for hours trying to figure out how to get in.

Comfy bed, good Aircon, nice staff.

I did slip in the shower as it's a wetroom with no fan but no injuries obtained!
