La posizione della struttura, molto vicina alla stazione ferroviaria e al centro della città. Appartamento silenzioso e dotato di un bel terrazzo. Essendo un ultimo piano ci sono parecchie scale da fare

Nel complesso l’appartamento è piuttosto vecchiotto, con mobilio estremamente essenziale. Il bagno ha un termosifone piccolissimo, molto sotto dimensionato e quindi risulta estremamente freddo. Inoltre ha pochissima dotazione e pochi punti di appoggio. Lo scarico del wc non funziona 9 volte su 10, ci siamo dovuti dotare di un pentolino dalla cucina per scaricare ed essendo in 3 persone non è stato proprio il massimo della comodità.

A great host who was very helpful. Very nice apartment in a great location, ideal for exploring lovely Rieti.

The heating system is unusual. We mentioned to the host that the room was slightly cool and he immediately turned the heating up but we didn’t have any direct control over it. Of course that wouldn’t be an issue in the warmer months.

Struttura bellissima, la nostra sistemazione aveva una terrazza privata stupenda dov’è mangiare e passare del tempo . L’appartamento si presta sia a soggiorni brevi che lunghi , è provvisto di ogni cosa . Accoglienza e disponibilità super.
