L’accueil du personnel avant tout ! Quel accueil chaleureux par tous les membres de l’équipe ainsi que les drivers de Tuk Tuk. L’atmosphère des lieux, un petit coin de repos dans une ville très touristiques. Il y avait tout sur place : restauration, piscine, possibilité de réserver les excursions, …

Servizio al ristorante lento e poco organizzato, con staff non sempre attento. Abbiamo dovuto accorgerci da soli che la laundry era pronta, senza alcun avviso dalla reception, e anche un problema alla luce in camera non è stato gestito. In bagno i prodotti erano quasi finiti e in camera la dotazione per il tè era insufficiente e poco curata.

Staff was very accommodating and felt genuenily interested about us. The pool was nice and clean, so were the rooms. Bathroom was great and clean. We arranged our pickup from the airport through the hotel, and the same tuktuk driver ended up driving us all over during our stay. the location is very good in my opinion, not too far away from the center.
