No directions to the apartment and it was extremely difficult to find.

Best place we stayed in Europe! A big space with beautiful bathroom and kitchen facilities. Very close to everything in Manarola. Short walk to the beach, the hikes, the train station. Easy checkin.

Loved the location. The facilities were exactly as the pictures. All very nice and clean. And it was the best shower we have had in Europe.

Not a lot of natural light but I think that is an unavoidable function of the historic architecture.

This place was great: super comfortable bed, amazing rainforest shower, and excellent location just steps from all the sights and restaurants.

It’s a little dark but considering where it is, it makes perfect sense.

It was nice that it was a private space. It was clean and had AC/heat that worked well.

The directions given were not accurate and finding the apartment proved to be very difficult. The shower became cold after only a few minutes. In the description it said that toiletries would be supplied and there were none. Also the owner never met us and only communicated through text; her aunt ended up coming to unlock a key box that we apparently were not supposed to have access to, even though our booking came with a code. We were only in Manarola for one night and communication was delayed with the host and took up time during our vacation. She told us morning of about the city tax and wanted to be paid in Euros and we did not have any with us and the apartment is not convenient where you could easily find a place to get money exchanged. In order to get to the apartment, it required going up several flights of stairs. This place would not be suitable for someone who cannot climb a considerable amount of stairs. My friend and I are in our early 20s, in good shape and the stairs were difficult with luggage. Disappointed for the price we paid for one night, definitely not the same value for the listed price.
