Raira Lagon

We went here for our honeymoon and also my husband's 30th birthday. The staff at Raira Lagon truly made everything as good as it could be for us, and made an amazing breakfast for my husband as I requested a surprise roomservice , thank you so much for this! The bungalow by the water is private , comfortable and beautiful! Daily cleaning, beautiful view, comfy and spacious bed, nice shower and bathroom. Everything you could wish for! Breakfast is good and is enjoyed with a lagoon view that is spectacular. Dinners are great and cocktails too, and sometimes they have traditional dancing shows by a local group which one should not miss! The snack by the hotel is also super great with tasty foods and drinks, so the availability for getting something to eat or drink is great always! The location is superb as it is close to the airport and in the middle of the main island , so you can easily get around to both ends of the island. Free bikes is a big plus!! And kayaks too. The staff also helped with booking excursions etc, which was very helpful. Will definitely come back when we visit French polynesia again! Thank you so much for making our stay amazing!!

Everything was great!

If you like good food, this is your place. Breakfast was included and always included fruit; choice of juice, hot drink, yogurt; and a crepe or pastry. Lunch was available near the road and involved gourmet level options. Dinner was by the ocean and exceptional (as well as nutritional). Very peaceful location. We splurged for the ocean front view and spent many hours just idling on our porch. Games, snorkels/fins, bikes were all available for use (w/o additional charges).

"Beach" was 100% coral (either semi-broken or ragged hunks). Beautiful to look at but not easy to walk across. However, any photos taken, were exceptional. Yes, I would return.

Nice bungalow, comfortable bed, nice beach to relax by and good food overall.

Good value for the money, very clean and well maintained, friendly hostel vibe with good breakfasts, by Polynesian standards. Very good location. Hosts are friendly and welcoming, and offer some nice extra touches.

No complaints
