The location was not good. The road to the room is very badly lit and no matter what the host says that it is a safe neighbourhood, when the sun goes down, it doesn’t feel safe especially for female solo travellers. The room was by the side of the street and very noisy, they knew about this and provided earplugs. The bathroom had a window looking into the backyard and anyone could see into the bathroom from the backyard since the window was on eye level! The bathroom was smelly and musty. There was 5% surcharge if we wanted to pay by card. I paid in cash and after we checked out the host marked us as NO SHOW, to pocket the booking.com fee and then ghosted me

Quartiere tranquillo (a detta dell'host) ma personalmente mi sono sentito poco sicuro anche se poi non è mai successo niente. Per questo ho dato 8, altrimenti era da 10

Staff gentilissimo, super pulito e accogliente. Da fuori sembra degradato, ma appena entri nel portone c’è un atmosfera fantastica!!

Erik è stato un host molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha dato moltissimi consigli su Valladolid e ci ha aiutato quando non funzionava il wifi per intervenire a supporto e risolvere il problema. Una persona speciale che ci ha fatto veramente un ottima impressione.

Un’insegna esterna o una targhetta con il nome della struttura sarebbe stata molto utile per trovarla più facilmente. La camera era pulita e ben tenuta, ma l’ingresso con un semplice lucchetto non trasmette grande senso di comfort. Dalla strada arrivavano molti rumori e diversi cani che abbaiavano, abbiamo trovato dei tappi in camera ma basterebbe migliorare l’insonorizzazione delle finestre per rendere il soggiorno più piacevole. Considerando che ci sono solo quattro stanze, una piccola colazione inclusa avrebbe dato un tocco in più all’esperienza. La gentilezza e disponibilità di Erik sono state preziose e vanno sicuramente sottolineate. Tuttavia, il prezzo che abbiamo pagato non rispecchia del tutto il punteggio della struttura, soprattutto se confrontato con altre sistemazioni a cifre simili di Valladolid che avevamo considerato (con piu servizi) soprattutto trattandosi di bassa stagione.
