تاني مرة ننزل فندق جميل ومريح ونشكر طاقم العمل على تعاونهم معنا في تلبية طلباتنا

صادف ان الغرفة او السويت نفس اللي سكناه المرة الاولى و كان عندي بعض الملاحظات على الدقة في النظافة وبلغت الفندق عليها لكن بشكل عام الغرف نظيفة وكل شي تمام

- الغرفة جيدة ، الاثاث نظيف ، السرير مريح والمفرش نظيف ومريح ، رائحة المكان نظيفة. - التكييف جيد ، معظم متطلبات الغرفة متوفرة.

- موظفة الاستقبال رفضت اعطاءنا 4 قوارير ماء الا برسوم وان الاستحقاق هو 4 فقط ، وانا لم أطلب الا 4 فقط ، اضطررت للنزول والذهاب بالسيارة مع الأجواء الباردة الى سوبر ماركت قريب وأخذت احتياجي من الماء ، اسلوب عجيب ، وطلبي 4 حبات ماء يكلف الفندق ريالين فقط ، انا مًستاء من ذلك. - الإفطار عادي وأقل من عادي ولو النزيل يحجز بدون افطار يكون أفضل. - مواقف السيارات غالباً مزدحمة وضيقة وغير جيدة. - موكيت أرضية الغرف يحتاج تغيير ، عليه بعض الحروق. - هناك شُح في شامبوهات المروش.
