"it’s was ok just for a night stay"

Location

no in house restaurant , they just give 500ml water bottle, we were 4 people but got only 2 x 500ml bottles, also checkin time is after 2pm , it may take up to 3 or 4pm depending on the queue. No intercom , you wlll have to call mobile number to the reception for anything , no proper toiletries given

"It is way too expensive for this property where they do not have any hotel or any cleanliness"

I booked with Breakfast included through booking.com but the staff informed me that breakfast was not included and did not give me the breakfast. Room was not clean mainly the bathroom was wet, and the drainage was clogged and was a pool of water when I took bath. Later then did clean after I reported. I need my money refunded if possible, for all the inconveniences.
