Situation,

No wifi in room for few days, no hot water, no restaurant, no towel ready for the number of guests, no iron, overprice for the service. We pay 5150 roupies by night for 7 nights; a simple double rooms ( x5 times price for this kind of room in India). They don't even have a Simple VISA card reader that works to pay.. the manager made me give me hard time for an hour when it was time to pay. He wanted me to go at the severals ATM and pay additional fees 🤦🏼‍♀️ hopefully my husband was able to do a fast transfer to remedy the situation. We book for another week the same room and the same day the manager annonced us he didn’t keep our room and we are in a street with our 2 kids….. they are not trustworthy people . ചൂടുവെള്ളമില്ല, റെസ്റ്റോറൻ്റില്ല, ടവൽ തയ്യാറില്ല, ഇരുമ്പില്ല, സേവനത്തിന് അമിതവില. 7 രാത്രികൾക്ക് ഞങ്ങൾ ഒരു രാത്രിക്ക് 5150 രൂപ നൽകുന്നു; ഒരൊറ്റ ഇരട്ട മുറികൾ (ഇന്ത്യയുടെ വില x5 മടങ്ങ്). പണമടയ്ക്കാൻ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന ഒരു സിമ്പിൾ വിസ കാർഡ് റീഡർ പോലും അവർക്കില്ല.. പണമടയ്ക്കാൻ സമയമായപ്പോൾ മാനേജർ എന്നെ ഒരു മണിക്കൂർ ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടിച്ചു. ഞാൻ എടിഎമ്മിൽ പോയി അധിക ഫീസ് അടക്കണമെന്ന് അവൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നു 🤦🏼♀️ എൻ്റെ ഭർത്താവിന് ഒരു ട്രാൻസ്ഫർ ചെയ്യാൻ കഴിയുമെന്ന് പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നു. ഞങ്ങൾ ഒരാഴ്ചത്തേക്ക് അതേ മുറി ബുക്ക് ചെയ്യുന്നു, അതേ ദിവസം തന്നെ മാനേജർ ഞങ്ങളോട് പറഞ്ഞു, അവൻ നിങ്ങളുടെ മുറി സൂക്ഷിച്ചിട്ടില്ല, ഞങ്ങൾ ഞങ്ങളുടെ 2 കുട്ടികളുമായി ഒരു തെരുവിലാണ്….

All fine, easy check in, clean.

A coffee maker in room with readymade sachets would hv been better. We didn't get hot water in bathroom for bath n morning.

There was no hot water available.

Bed very comfortable. Hot water available. Very welcoming and helpful staff.

No wifi in room... You have to go to the lobby. Staff need to improve English language, cause pretty difficult to understand each other. Better to advertise massage or any other proposal at reception while checking in or with informative paper in the room.

No kitchen and no coffee and tea
