Les moments de détente et les excursions dans le parc étaient super pour tout le monde, surtout pour les enfants. Nous avons aussi adoré la tranquilité et la serviabilité du staff

Le premier véhicule assigné pour l'excursin du vendredi avait connu une panne de frein en pelin milieu de la route et ca nous a bien secoués. Mais l'incident n'a pas causé de dégâts

Very nice resort.very helpful staff..specially lady on the reception...kitchen staff was very nice..they prepared food as per our taste...room was very comfortable..must visit place.

It's little inside from the main gate.u ve to drive 15 to 20 mins to reach to main location...

The guards were kind

We had a disappointing experience during our stay. Upon arrival—delayed due to unforeseen circumstances—we encountered a very unaccommodating staff member named Lillian. Despite explaining that my husband urgently needed to eat before taking his medication, the team was rigid and unwilling to offer even a quick meal, citing that the kitchen had closed at 9 pm. This was quite disheartening, especially considering staff were still on site. As a result, we slept hungry in a freezing environment, and my husband had to skip his medication. To make matters worse, the bathroom water had a foul smell, and the sink water was muddy. Breakfast was extremely basic and uninspiring. The overall service left much to be desired, and it was evident that the staff lacked proper hospitality training. Additionally, Wi-Fi was only accessible in the restaurant area and at the reception, with no signal in the rooms. There was also no mobile network coverage, making communication nearly impossible.

Truly out in the bush. Beautiful gardens and surroundings. The staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. The food was lovely and varied.

The only criticism would be that the water pressure was low which resulted in the shower having a poor output but hey, we are out in the wilds so you have to expect this.

Friendly and very accommodating staff, clean and well kept grounds buildings, comfortable beds, fresh and tasty food. Went above and beyond to accommodate a gluten allergy in our group, much appreciated.

Everything, the location, the staff was great, the equipments were clean, the food was very good I highly recommend

The actual camp is amazing and comfortable

No internet in the rooms and a few issues that were resolved in a good manner so no negatives

quite good food quality and range of choice. Service nice. The hot water bottles at night much appreciated! Little things like that help to make a hotel go from good to great!

sorry to say the bathroom water heating needs attention. Of so we were warned to wait 5 minutes after running the taps but the best we got then was just lukewarm water. Also water pressure from the showers was frankly pathetic. I know it will cost money to get something decent in place and the goverment's recent hike of parking charges for the Park will hit all hotels badly BUT consider the customers please.
