Overall, this is a great apartment for anybody looking for a comfort and easy access to various walking trails. In case you get tired, there's a cable car literally right at your doorstep. The apartment was nice and clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. The communication with the owner was also smooth and he was very accommodating and helpful.

We didn't have any issues throughout our stay, however, the resort where the apartment is located consists of hotel apartments as well as private ones so it can be sometimes confusion what amenities are available and the receptionist were sometimes hard to talk to due to a language barrier and unwillingness to help anybody from the private apartment.

The apartment is amazing - very beautiful and thought-through with many pleasant surprises. The host provided super detailed directions and made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire stay. And the location is perfect being right in the middle of Stary Smokoviec, 3 min from the train and ski bus station to other slopes.

Some of the dishes and bed sheets could be cleaner, but that's a minor thing. It could also get quite hot in the living room because there's just one large window. Other than that everything was perfect!

"Excellent place and people, except for the keys handling staff on site"

The apartment was nice and tidy, comfortable. Very polite helpful people in the contact number and reception. Close to all activities. Wellness was relaxing and looked really cool.

The staff guy with the apartment keys was very unpleasant, unwelcoming and unprofessional. He was very rude and passive aggressive he started to insult my face and frowned at us, when we were receiving our keys. He was not being helpful at all when we asked him even some basic helpful tips, he just started to grumble at us that we should look it up ourselves We tried to avoid him when we were checking out by leaving the keys in the outside safe box but he came out to harass us even more, hit my girlfriend with the door didn't even apologize, and also started to accuse us of not giving the keys back. Wouldn't recommend him anywhere near people. Would have given my rating a 10 if we didn't met him.
