the place is nearby to Gardaland and Movieland, very calm very clean and a very kind breakfast. i would recommend for people who are traveling place by place :)

Good choice of food for breakfast, close to the beach, restaurants, bus stops and 3 amusement parks, including Gardaland 10 minutes of walking distance. Very friendly and helpful owner, very clean and good prepared rooms. I absolutely recommend the place.

"Friendly owner & awesome breakfast"

Excellent & friendly owner made this place a joy to stay at. The two friendly dogs in the breakfast area were a bonus (but not annoying). The AC worked very well. A nice breakfast full of options. It’s also only a 5 minute walk to a nice pizzeria and only a few minutes drive to Movieland.
