ATTENTION, landlady is a control freak and NO PRIVACY in this „Villa". There are surveillance cameras everywhere, you are constantly under observation even in the lounge. The landlady spends every day at the house to carry out repairs and goes into the rooms even though you are not there and everything is locked. This is not communicated. It is a shared apartment, which is not explicitly mentioned in the description (you share the kitchen, lounge and Terrace with other people). There is no air conditioning, only fans, the rooms are very hot and all sorts of insects come in when airing the rooms as there is no insect protection. Aesthetics is not the same as hygiene! Cleaning products and vacuum cleaner are locked in and can only be used by the landlord (but are not used by her either). The rooms don't look very clean. Whenever I wake up in the morning the landlady is the first person I see in the lounges She was a very annoying and unfriendly person. We came all this way from Germany and Switzerland for such a bad service! Think twice before booking this place.

I stayed at this property for 13 nights as I had to collect a prize in Cesenatico. The villa is in a comfortable and quiet position, furnished with taste and with a lot of attention to details (which is not to be taken for granted). Spacious and clean room with clean and tidy private bathroom. Well-stocked kitchen available to customers. The owner - Asia - also offered me a bicycle for getting around as I didn't have a car with me. She was also very kind to take me around to see the neighboring cities such as Rimini and acted as a guide. I recommend this place with the certainty and hope of returning in the future.

Parking on own property, sitting in the garden

Tiny doorway between the rooms in the apartment Deluxe (Dior) is only 1,6 m high! The rooms could not be ventilated enough, there was no air conditioning and it was really hot in the cramped attic apartment. In addition, the toilet is poorly ventilated, shower and bathtub are in the middle of the main bedroom and do not guarantee any privacy... When booking I didn't realize that the kitchen is shared. There were only two shelves in the fridge where we were supposed to place food and drink for 6 people.

Very friendly host, most welcome, though speaking only Italian. Very big villa with different places to chill out. Parking. Very good renovation

From Booking it was not clear that villa is not for us alone, but there would be also other guests. Booking said that we'll have separate bathroom, kitchen etc. But kitchen and all other common spaces were shared with 2 more rooms.
