Best place to start the hike to Adam’s Peak

The room was extremely spacious with a very comfortable bed. The family who run the guest house have obviously put considerable effort into making it comfortable for guests. The dinner cooked by the mother of the family was delicious and highly recommend having. They were brilliant at arranging transport for me to get to Dalhousie and to negombo

The bathroom was a wet room which didnt drain brilliantly. There was also no handsoap which I think should be standard in hotels. There was no water available to fill a water bottle so you therefore had to buy water but the price wasn’t clear

Betten in unserem Zimmer nur 1,80 m lang, einfache Ausstattung, wie woanders auch fehlen Möglichkeiten zum Abstellen von Gepäck, oder Haken zum Aufhängen von Kleidung, das Waschbecken im Bad war undicht, sodass es dort fast durchgängig nass war, das Gebäude befindet sich im Umbau, als wir nach der Nacht-Wanderung zum Adam‘s Peak zurückkamen wurde gearbeitet sodass man nicht schlafen konnte, Stockflecken vom Wasser an Decke, Sachen trocknen kaum im Zimmer, alles ein wenig klamm

Super lokalita pro výstup na Adam´s peak. Majitelé milý a srdeční jako všichni místní. Večeře i snídaně v pořádku.

Vrzající postel a žádný odkládací prostor vyjma malého nočního stolku.

11/10 if I could! Beautifully decorated, good meals, very nice people, and best mattress in Sri Lanka!

Staff was excellent! They helped me organize transfers to and from the property. They made the transport easy and gave me information about the options for buses. Food was delicious!
