It was perfect, nice and clean, had everything we needed, a lovely apartment, staff was really helpful... highly recommend will definatly book again. 😊

Beautiful property and exceptional value for money.

Property was right on the top floor of 5-6 very steep flights of steps with no lifts. Made it very difficult with a baby and all his equipment needed & an elderly mum

Not been cleaned before I got there, freezing cold with lack of heating and got charged my deposit for cleaning. We did not use the apartment to sleep in as all we did was sit and talk and left few hours later, it’s a Loqbox key entry apartment which I’m sure many have access to by the looks of things even when you’ve booked it as I got charged for someone smoking and I don’t even smoke

The bathroom smells of sewer and it lingered around the house even when the bathroom door was closed.

The Location was spot on for being central, easy to find and access, overall ok stay for 1 night

Could have been cleaner. Quite a climb doing all stairs to top floor with case, thankfully only had one. Shower not very powerful, only one heater downstairs so quite cold, images where confusing as to what apartment would look like. Quite lengthy rules/regulations and took a week to received deposit back
