Wohnung sehr sauber und gemütlich warm eingerichtet. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Uns wurde Kaffee, Tee, Öl Salz u. Zucker bereitgestellt. Parken direkt im Hof gut möglich. Einkaufsmöglichkeit 50m vom Haus entfernt. Check-in und check-out unkompliziert.

Matratzen vom Doppelbett stark durchgelegen. Sollte man vielleicht mal austauschen.

It was amazing! Lucia and Mario are very sweet cuple. They come in 15 minutes, after when we arrive. The apartment is amazing, very big and we have everything that we need. In the kitchen we found all things for cooking, also they provide us with salt, olive oil and some spice, All details are so thoughtful. On the terrace, we have fresh bazilik. We also got some gifts from Lucia, it was very cute. We got plenty of towels, in the bathroom shampoo and shower gel, and washing powder and gel for washing machine. Terrace was also so nice and sunny, with a spectacular view of the mountain and sunset and a nice place for seating. The apartment looks very nice, and it has a lot of beautiful arts. Flat is totally very comfortable. Also, from the location point, I like this place a lot. It was close for everything. Nearby shops, bar and restaurants. Also the parking spot was very nice and brought. To the see you could walk, it's around 40 minutes, or to drive, it's around 5-10 minutes. Also, it is close to other attractions around. I am highly recommended for people who value privacy and comfort.

Only one thing for me was missing: its wi-fi. Usually I don't care about it, but I don't know why in orosei my mobile data didn't want to work. Otherwise, it's a perfect place.

Sehr netter Gastgeber , sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Sehr schöne Dachterrasse. Eigener Parkplatz. Sehr zentral. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt .Fliegengitter an den Fenstern wären toll gewesen

Das Licht im Bad ist zu dunkel. Die Anfahrtsadresse ist nicht korrekt. Es ist die Vico S. Antonio 8

The property is the cleanest property i have ever stayed in. It was immaculate. Lots of space to store luggage and great balcony for relaxing in the sun. The apartment comes with a private parking space so ideal for getting in and out of town. The hosts greeted us on arrival and gave us a nice tour of the place and left us a a yummy cake. The apartment is central to Orosei with only a 5 minute walk to town.

The air con could be better but it still worked great and kept the room cool. The parking space is tight so if you have a large SUV style vehicle you may struggle to get it in and out.

Ottima la posizione a due passi dal Centro Storico. Bar x le colazioni a pochi metri dall' appartamento. Comodissima la corte privata per il parcheggio della macchina. Appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario, utensili in cucina e prodotti in bagno. La sig. Lucia molto disponibile nn ti fa mancare nulla. Soluzione che merita davvero 5 stelle. Molto consigliato.

Moc pěkné ubytování s pěknou terasou a výhledem, blízko centra ale zároveň v klidné lokalitě. Navštívili jsme v červenci kdy byly velmi vysoké teploty, pomocí klimatizace bylo v aparmánu příjemně. Druhá ložnice je malá ale dceři stačila. Paní majitelka byla příjemná, dostali jsme krásný a dobrý domácí koláč na přivítanou. Supermarket i bar jsou hned za rohem. Super pláž je autem cca 15 minut.
