The key in the key safe was not able to unlock the door ( possibly the wrong key left in the box). I had to call the owner, and she didn't pick up and requested I text, and when I informed that the key was not unlocking the door, she drove down to me ( took about 20mins) and there appeared to be a mix up with the keys. As the one she came with immediately fitted the key hoke and unlocked the door.
