Isla Serena

The view is beyond description. More than 180 degrees of ocean. You can see sunrise out your bedroom window and sunset from the back balconies or the rooftop. The restaurant downstairs is great and so is the live music played outside your window in the evenings! The pools were very clean both on the road level and on the rooftop! The place is big and clean and the host was very responsive. We loved every minute and would go back again!

The location is not right on the beach. You can walk to some or take a taxi (which are quite reasonable). The road in front can be noise with scooters and golf carts. But it became part of the charm. Would not stop us from going back, but maybe pack earplugs ;)

Grand appartement très logeable. Salle de bain avec baignoire balnéothérapie mais dont le syphon était bloqué. Donc impossible de s'en servir. Belle douche en marbre. Parking souterrain avec ascenseur. Belle vue sur la mer dune chambre et du salon. Climatisation dans toutes les pièces. Belle cuisine américaine avec plan en granit. Deux voire 3 salles de bain si vous prenez la troisième chambre.

Les draps d'une chambre étaient tachés. La localisation sur google est erronée.

The property looks even better than in the pictures. It’s huge. Very clean. The beds are comfortable. The location is perfect. The showers of good water pressure and stayed hot the entire time. Air conditioners work well. Kitchen is well stocked.

The pools close at 9 PM on the dot.

Absolutely loved staying at Isla Serena. The location was perfect and the condo/apartment was perfect as well. It was very spacious and super clean. This was my 6th visit to Isla Mujeres and there were 6 people in our party and Isla Serena is the first place we've stayed at that didn't run out of hot water! We'd definitely stay here again & highly recommend Isla Serena to others.

There is nothing we didn't like about Isla Serena - other than the fact that our vacation came to an end and we had to go home!

Wonderful experience, the Apartment is incredible. It has everything you could need, all the rooms are very well decorated and have a bathroom. They are spacious and very comfortable, the living room and dining room are very cozy with an incredible view of the sea. The kitchen is huge and super equipped, it has everything and it also has a beautiful view of the lagoon and bay. The view from the bed in the master bedroom is so fabulous that you don't want to get up from it. It has 3 swimming pools, two at the bottom with a children's area and one on the roof top with a dream 360-degree view of the sea. It has private parking at the bottom of the building and has an elevator from below to all floors, perfect for someone who cannot climb stairs. The Location of the Condominium is ideal since it is a little removed from the noise and bustle and everything is very close. There are beaches within a 5, 10 and 15 minute walk, but I recommend renting a golf cart like us to see the entire island and all of them. The beaches, there are very good restaurants within walking distance and there are some parks for children with games just a few blocks away. I really recommend it. We have been to Isla Mujeres several times and I think this is the best building on the island.
