Villa Sensi

The property was very well maintained, the pool and outdoor areas where amazing, and the rooms where all a really good size.

Spyros and family are great hosts, the homemade moussaka and pastitsio were excellent. House itself is great with the outdoor areas and swimming pool. It's a short drive to Lixouri which has shops, bakeries, butcher etc. It's walking distance to Lepada beach, and a short drive to other beaches such as Vatsa. The best beach is Petani which is a 25/30m drive.

The villa is amazing. Location great. So clean. Everything you need for a perfect holiday.

Wij hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in deze luxe villa in Lixouri! Het huis is prachtig ingericht, schoon en voorzien van veel comfort waaronder een (niet verwarmd) zwembad. De host was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, altijd bereikbaar voor tips of vragen. Tijdens ons verblijf werden we zelfs verrast door heerlijke huisgemaakte Griekse lekkernijen. De locatie is perfect: goed bereikbaar, maar toch rustig gelegen. Vanuit het huis ben je met de veerboot zo in het gezellige Argostoli en er liggen meerdere mooie stranden op diverse rijafstand. Een ideale plek voor wie op zoek is naar ontspanning, luxe met een fantastisch uitzicht. Zeker een aanrader!

Ondanks het heerlijk is, hoefde de schoonmaak (wat ons betreft) niet elke dag plaats te vinden. Maar dit kan je prima aangeven.

Spacious terrace and pool area. Good sized very well equipped and well thought out modern villa. Comfortable beds. Fresh towels and linen daily, if requested. Very attentive host, with help and recommendations. Easy access to local beach.

Sehr schönes, hochwertiges neues Haus. Tolle Lage, 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu einem netten kleinen Sandstrand (der uns fast besser als der berühmte Xi-Beach gefallen hat) mit einer überraschend guten Taverne. Lixouri und die Fähre nach Argostoli sind nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt. Seht netter Gastgeber, der stets zu erreichen war.

Fantastische villa! Super schoon, overal is aangedacht en prachtig ingericht. Erg ruim opgezet, op een goede locatie (op 100m van strand en op loopafstand van Lixouri) en met heel mooi uitzicht. Dagelijks wordt de villa schoongemaakt, er is gratis laundry service, en meermaals kregen we heerlijk eten van de host. Aanrader!

We spent a wonderful week here with 8 adult family members to celebrate my husband's 60th and couldn't have asked for more. The villa was spotless, spacious and very well equipped, with comfy beds, strong A/C and a kitchen that made cooking easy. The outdoor space was the highlight - lovely pool, 2 shaded terraces, gas BBQ and amazing sea and mountain views. Location is excellent: Just a 5 minute walk to the beach with a charming little taverna and 5 minute drive to Lixouri town with plenty of friendly places to eat and shop, plus the port for boat trips and the short ferry crossing to Argostoli and the airport. Our host, Spyros, and his family were fantastic, welcoming, thoughtful and always on hand if needed to help recommend trips. organise massages at the Villa and source a birthday cake. Also a delicious homemade moussaka was waiting for us when we arrived. Minor note - Bring mosquito repellant. Overall a fantastic stay and an unforgettable way to celebrate with our family - highly recommended.

Great location, lovely pool, daily maid service including daily change of all towels, fantastic host who gave us a lift to and from the supermarket so we could stock up on supplies before we eventually hired a car.

Overhead shower power was weak and for us not enough storage for our clothes

Zalig verblijf gehad in villa Sensi, heel rustige ligging maar op wandelafstand van Lepeda strand en beach bar, ook dicht bij Lixouri. Dagelijks onderhoud van de villa. Het huis is goed uitgerust. Spyros zorgde voor lekkere moussaka en stond altijd klaar voor advies (boot verhuur,…).
