Компактная квартира в хорошем месте. Балкон в спальне. Хозяева очень внимательны и заботливы, быстро вышли на связь и дали инструкции, подарили вино и фрукты, чай и кофе. Лёгкое заселение. Есть лифт. Удобная кровать, более менее нормальный раскладной диван. Отлично работают кондиционеры. Хорошие полотенца, набор средств ухода очень достойный. В целом, все неплохо.

Очень маленькая ванная комната, низкий потолок. Вентиляция слабая. Лифт малюсенький, на одного человека и чемодан, но зато есть. Шум на улице, надо закрывать окна. Парковка на улице затруднена, ставили машину далеко от места.

1. Cheap and not quality facilities in the bathroom ( shower head and the hanger were damaged). 2. The washing machine was not leveled up and therefore when spinning it was shaking and the water pipe nearly came off - Do not leave unattended as it can cause damage. We had to keep an eye on it all the time and it did not wash the garments well.

Ωραία τοποθεσία,κεντρική. Το σπιτι ηταν εξοπλισμένο επαρκώς και ηταν πολύ καθαρό.

Το κρεβάτι και τα μαξιλαρια δεν ηταν άνετα όπως και ο καναπές επίσης. Με λίγα λόγια δεν ειναι ενα σπιτι για να χαλαρώσεις όσο το να είσαι στο κέντρο και να γυρίζεις στα αξιοθέατα της πόλης.

The best area of Thessaloniki compared to dozens of our previous stays there. And a very nice booking experience. Easy to contact and helpful owners. Very clean and well maintained property. Many little things like a shoes shelf, a clothes hanger, a hair dryer, a clothes dryer, a tea table at the balcony, etc. A coffee machine. Some fruits and a wine bottle as a welcome treat. Coffee capsules and tea provided at the arrival. There was all the tableware we needed and all the toiletries. A very clean staircase. Do not take all that for granted when you rent an apartment in Thessaloniki, believe me. Even though all the windows look just into the inter building space, there was nothing particularly bad about it. The huge fig tree outside the bedroom made it even feel cozy.

A microwave if provided would have made our life easier. For some reason it is not that often that microwaves are present in booking.com properties in Greece. We do not understand why. It is relatively inexpensive and it makes a lot of difference for a short time guests at a rented property. A couple of minor things looking to be easy to fix in the bathroom. There is no shower hook. The towel hanger is not properly fixed to the wall.
