A very efficiently run hotel, which has an excellent team running it, from the managers, kitchen teams, housekeeping.. efficient,friendly & a joy to be hosted by.

A little dated.. gym needed a little equipment maintenance, but the running of the place more than makes up for it

Had a really comfortable stay at Ramada by Wyndham Gurgaon Central. The location is convenient, especially if you are visiting Gurgaon for business or shopping. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained, giving a relaxing feel after a long day. What I liked most was the hospitality of the staff. Everyone was polite, helpful, and quick to assist whenever needed. The breakfast buffet also had a good variety with decent taste and fresh options. The hotel offers a nice balance of comfort, service, and value. A few areas could still be improved slightly, but overall it was a pleasant experience and definitely worth

While the overall stay was very good, there were a few small things that could be improved. Some parts of the hotel interiors felt slightly dated compared to modern business hotels in Gurgaon. Room service response time was also a bit slow during busy hours. The breakfast area can get crowded in the morning, which makes the experience feel a little less organized. Apart from these minor issues, the stay was comfortable and enjoyable overall.
