Sienna Park Apartments

Nicely furnished and overlooking the pond. Fond animals provide a lot of entertainment. The apartment has a stove, fridge, TV in the living room and in the bedroom. There is Wi-Fi. Quite close to shopping.

The location is ideal if you know the area like I do. Plenty of restaurants, stores and the beach is close. The owner was easy to reach and took care of any problems.

The key box was a problem. The owner should change the box. A newer code box which is easier to open and use. The exterior of the buildings need some work. The lawn care around the buildings are not up to par. That is the associations problem. They should be taking care of the exteriors of the buildings. The appear to be lax in their duties. The buildings are is a state of neglect and on a downward spiral. If the association does attend to these issues the complex will deteriorate even further.

Peaceful apartment and very clean. Will be back to visit for sure!

Convenient location, price was reasonable, excellent communication with manager.

Clean, even though you could tell they were older facilities, many renovations had been done. Centrally located to beaches, golf courses and shopping.

Very narrow alleyway to get to the apartment and it wasn’t well lit. Air ducts need cleaning.

Great location across from groceries and shopping. Only 10 mins from the beach. Heart shower. Well supplied kitchen utensils etc.
