Very calm, clean and nice customer service

Really nice and comfortable place that can house multiple people. Located at a safe neighborhood. The hostess, Jessica, is very helpful and gave us tips and help with so many different things. It was sufficiently clean, some extra details could have been spotted too.

Wonderful house, with very large and fascinating spaces. Clean, nice, with a terrace to see the sky and the surroundings. Very nice people to welcome us. The house has a night guard to keep the security of the place.

The house is very big and comfortable, with all useful furniture and a nice garden. The host is extremely kind and available. Wi-Fi works well. Highly recommended for a stay in Arusha with family or friends.

You would need a car to reach the accommodation, as it is quite far from the city center. Some taxi drivers are not aware of this area, and might take the wrong way if not well informed.

The host, Jessica, was amazing! Her home was perfect for the six of us. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, we had no arguments over first showers or who gets which room. There is a security guard present at night so safety is not an issue. Jessica arranged for a driver for us from the airport for a reasonable price and then we also paid him extra for taking us to the grocery store and bank and to purchase a camera battery and to buy Tanzanite jewelry. She also arranged a driver to take us to our horse safari. We took the driver to dinner with us and he shared many engaging stories about his experiences in Tanzania. The drivers, Sebastian and Sam, are brothers. They were kind and helpful and FUN! Arusha had a couple of electrical outages while we were there. Jessica kept us informed. We had a little trouble getting the gas stove on and when we called Jessica, she responded immediately. There is a rooftop balcony which we enjoyed with our own Happy Hour drinks. The kitchen table was immense and perfect for our use. We had a lovely time for the two days we were here prior to our 10 day safari.

If Jessica hadn't arranged drivers for us, we would have felt uncomfortable walking through the back streets with our children (11 and 13 year old girls). As it turns out, there is nothing we didn't like!

The house is great, the surrounding, and the air also great. The owner very helpfull, We stayed for more then 2 weeks, and very satisfy, Very recommended

Ussually for us (indonesian) we prefer to use water to clean up our self at toilet rather then using tissue. Adding a jet-shower at toilet will be perfect.

Jessica made us feel comfortable the whole stay , made sure we lacked nothing and security was tops . The house is beautiful and spacious .Home away from home
