Hotel Posada Terranova

Location was perfect to walk and explore the area.

It is a nice older hotel in SanJoseDelCabo and a perfect location. It is dated and is time for some room upgrades and renovations but the staff are wonderful. Would stay again and would like to try an upgraded or renovated room.

Bathroom, almost no hot water, bad shower and faucets, old and dated everything.

The room was clean and quiet. Don't expect much as there isn't a coffee maker or hot water kettle in the room. You need to purchase tea or coffee from the restaurant and bring it back to your room. Staff was very nice and daily housekeeping was a plus. The shower was good with hot water. It was 4 blocks to the centro. For the price it was fine.

Central position

This was the worst hotel in Mexico we have been. It is really very outdated - doors are very old, the bathroom definitely needs a refresh, and our room had a massive window towards a wall, so really not nice. The reception does not speak English, they have been definitely friendly, but absolutely not proactive. We booked the hotel for just 1night, as we had to fly early the next day, but to be fair, unless you are really on a budget, don't stay here, it is not a pleasent experience and holiday days are precious!! We thought just for one night it would have been ok, but it was really sad.
