Lower your expectations and you'll be happy. Very basic room but totally adequate for an overnight stay. Great staff . Really good breakfast and walking distance to everything.

Try park out front. Our rental got sideswiped around the corner.

Breakfast in the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced -- a great selection of egg dishes. Location is great -- close to the center, and a 15 min ride to the airport.

"very dissapointed that the hotel was poorly maintained."

the location was great perfect for cabo st jose

The wi fi never worked in the room at all. the bathroon was poorly maintained with many leak and rotting wood from the leak.
