Everything was just perfect☺️ communication spot on.. fast replies and really kind and friendly owners. The property was squeaky clean and I really liked the old style and you could see it’s well kept.. we had all the amenities we needed and the hot tub was just great.. plenty of parking space and calm countryside around with a river nearby.. very happy about our stay we highly recommend

Liz and Stuart were so welcoming. They made us feel completely at home. The apartment was exactly what we needed and the welcome pack was an amazing bonus. The jacuzzi was an added bonus. They went out of their way to show us around and chatted when we saw them, without intruding on our holiday time. The views were stunning, the local walks 8n nature were ideal, and the fact that they took time out to show our 8yo the cattle and the orchard was the icing on the cake. We will definitely be returning, and cannot understand why anyone would feel different!

The property it self was lovely , clean and the amenities were great , especially if you were staying for week or more , it had washing machines , all kitchen cooking items etc . The beds were very clean , lovely bedding and beds were comfortable and wash/ shower facilities . Was left fresh fruit , milk , bread and Welsh cakes a lovely gesture from the host. They had an orchard they offered us to go pick apples and fruit and we did take some home. Hosts were very friendly and inviting . The hot tub was great .

The internet connection was none existent , was not able to connect at all , no TV worked , it came on but not able to access any of the channels. This was disappointing needs to be updated better connection. did not appreciate we had to pay an additional £60 for use of the hot tub , when it was advertised with hot tub , on paying the small print explained additional costs so we were not overly pleased it cost more .We had already paid a hefty price to stray three nights .

Calm and peaceful! Great view! Beyond expectations! Absolutely love it and definitely will book again .

Posizione spettacolare, in un angolo della campagna gallese estremamente tranquillo e silenzioso, immerso nella natura, con possibilità di tante passeggiate nei dintorni. Appartamento equipaggiato in tutto e curato nei dettagli. Deliziosa accoglienza di Liz e della sua famiglia, che ci hanno fatto trovare in casa cibo e ci hanno assecondati in ogni richiesta

La pulizia dell'appartamento dovrebbe essere migliorata (c'è molta polvere e ragnatele)

So well equipped. Set in the most beautiful scenery. Short drive into Llandovery. Amazing hot tub. Comfy beds. Friendly hosts. Everything was just perfect 👌🏻

No hot water in en-suite shower

Lovely rustic stone cottage with beautiful views, especially from the hot tub. Very clean with everything available you should require for your stay. Lovely owners. Nice and close to town with great pubs.

Did not have a good connection to wifi however mobile signal fantastic. Would have been nice to be advised in advertisement that hot tub on would incur additional charge
