Boong House

It was a beautiful and authentic bungalow type property with access to kitchen and very helpful owners.

It was a little far away from everything, but all accessible by taxi easily enough.

Rustic look, environmentally friendly. The owners are super friendly and supportive. They gave us details of how to get from the airport to their address and a list of local foods to try. When the problem of the room arose, they helped us to move room without issue.

The design of the double room was not great. As the house is wooden, you can literally hear everything from the next door as there is only a wooden plank separated the room (and the top is not even covered so if you want to sleep but the people next door has their light on- there is nothing you can do - see picture). It was unfortunate the place was fully booked, so we had to endure the first night of absolutely hearing everything from the couple next door (I meant everything!). But the owners were very nice and helped us to change the room the next day, so thumb up for them!

Loved our stay at boong house. The host was super friendly and helpful. It’s located in a beautiful valley surrounded by nature. The rustic buildings had a lot of charm and were extremely clean and comfortable. Also loved the kitchen which we could use freely
