The staff were very friendly and good size room with outside deck.

It is run down and needs attention. No coffee or juice at breakfast.

The location was great for shopping, dining with many restaurants within walking distance, including a 24/7 market directly across the street. We also loved that each room had a washing machine, so we were able to do laundry as needed!

Can’t think of anything we didn’t like!

I had a wonderful stay at Tanrise City Residence. The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The location was perfect — close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the overall atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the high standard of service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Tanrise City Residence to anyone visiting the area.

Stayed with friends, staff were great and very helpful. We had a large room for three adults and it was clean and well equipped with a large balcony. . Good location, easy walk to the busier areas of shops and restaurants. The ladies in kitchen really work hard to make a great breakfast all fresh. Only comment would be that the beds are very firm and need a softer topper to make the stay even better.

Clean and spacious rooms. Staff was always helpful and friendly.

There was absolutely no WiFi in the room itself, only in the lobby.

The staff of the hotel need a special note - everyone at the hotel was incredibly helpful and nice. They went far and beyond to help out, be it with the room, breakfast of transportation around the city. Very flexible and helpful. The room was big and clean. Breakfast seemed to be homemade - very tasty, versatile and well presented. The location is OK - close enough to the bus station. There is also a huge shopping centre nearby and a 24/7 market opposite the hotel.

We did not use the kitchen in the room, but if someone stayed longer and was planning to, there were not many utensils.
