Lake Elementaita Manor

The staff especially Lydia the Receptionist were very friendly and ready to assist. The food was out of this world my taste buds were blown away, kudos to the kitchen staff.

Everything about it is awful, booking two months ago only to be disappointed the last minute and the staff are not cooperating,made me lose my money after I paid for round trip,I hate it

Beautiful view and friendly staff!

The room we were given was extremely hot. We Could not rest there during the day as we had hoped. The shower was cold so unpleasant given the rate charged for the room.

We booked a normal room and we upgrade to the one with the bathtub. The reception proposed it actually. We arrived in the room and there was no warm or hot Water in the bathtub. We called the reception and they sent a technician that told us to wait for 5 minutes. Unfortunately we waited for 1 hour but the water never got warm. The day after I told them about the bathtub and the receptionist just brought the card machine telling me to Pay the upgrade. She was also rude to me maybe cause I’m white

. The Ambience,Staff,Good mix of English & Traditional Breakfast and Scenery was a plus. The Staff were on call and on sight promptly Loved the Pool and Garden . Beautiful Sunrise scenery from the balcon room..

The room wasn't clean. We had to request housekeeping to clean it before we could use it The water from the bath tub didn't get hot and I unfortunately couldn't use it.I didn't get value for my money :(
