Apartamentul fiind la parter, are podeaua foarte rece.Saltelele paturilor sunt destul de deteriorate, fiind incomfortabile.Vasul de toaletă din baie este neinspirat așezat, efectiv nu ai loc de chiuveta să stai pe el.In rest, mici defecțiuni prin fiecare cameră, care ar putea fi trecute cu vederea.
