In het donker zeer moeilijk te vinden . Een bordje aan de kant van de weg met de naam van het huis zou helpen. De bedden zijn aan de kleine kant naar Europese normen

The place was very clean. The outside space is done up quite nice. The AC functioned very well. Our host was very friendly as well.

Of course the road leading up the hill is bad but we knew about it beforehand. Make sure to have a decent vehicle if attempting. Also the payment is in cash so have some on hand.

La ubicación es perfecta

Modern and beautiful house. The standard is well above of what you can expect in Nicaragua. Check in was professional and easy.

The location is weird: connected to a big road which is positive and good, but the last 150m you need an SUV! No views, which is a pity. You need to take a car for 15-20 min to go to the beach because of all the road works. There were no beach towels available even after request. We wanted to wash some clothes, but there was no washing machine. The owner needs to change the description at booking.com, it is misleading and false concerning the washing machine. There is a garbish dump / waste facility one km away. We were not affected by that but I can imagine that this can cause problems.

El lugar es muy bonito y cómodo, la casa cuenta con todos los servicios básicos y la piscina está bien, es un lugar perfecto si lo que deseas es descansar, ya que está apartado de la ciudad y en general es un sitio muy silencioso.

La calle diría que no es accesible en un carro normal, recomendaría ir en camioneta. También hay que tomar en cuenta que la playa más cercana es privada y somo se puede entrar pagando, aunque hay alternativas cercanas como playa maderas y playa Marsella.
