"Want to stay in a Pietra Rosa every time I book a holiday!"

Absolutely loved Pietra Rosa! A characteristic, old building right beside Torre Quadrano in the quiet countryside, a five minute drive from car parking to Spello’s historical centre. We were in the spacious superior apartment - dark inside, with exposed brickwork, arches and wooden beamed ceiling. Very clean, well maintained (both inside & out), and good wi-fi and air conditioning. At one end is the bedroom with comfortable bed; in the middle is lounge area with two settees and dining area, with a well equipped kitchen off this room; and then the bathroom with good shower. Particularly loved the outdoor facilities - on the western side is a bar-like area (maybe shared with the other two apartments?); large grass area beside the tower with sun-loungers and pool (plus outhouse with laundry facilities). To the east is a bbq area (communal?). Plus our apartment’s private area - dining, loungers and coffee table/chairs. Loved sitting here in the evening with the lights on, reading - blissful relaxation after a busy day exploring the area!

Large apartment with many facilities. Nice pool and BBQ. Location is perfect for trips to surrounding cities.

We loved everything, Sara greeted us on arrival and showed us the apartment. Great place to stay, bed was super comfy, shower a good size, everything was spotlessly clean, tv in bedroom and lounge. Basket of goodies for breakfast. Swimming pool and outdoor area is fantastic the grounds beautifully kept and maintained.. A great place to unwind after traveling. It's the best place we have stayed in while in Europe for the last 2 months

Everything is perfect, really wished we had time to stay longer. I'd be back tomorrow if I could.
