GBThe location is very close to where my daughter lives, who we were visiting. Good for transport links and close to shops, bars, and restaurants.
The room was basically a converted garage attached to the house. The noise from the very busy road was horrendous, and continued all throughout the night. The bed didn't even have a headboard, the limited furnishing, including the TV was very basic. This is obviously a very good income stream for the owner, my advise would be to invest and improve the facility, this would lead to a more comfortable accommodation and increase profit.

GBThe heating went off in the middle of the night and it was minus degrees outside so it was very cold inside and you can hear every car that passed by. It was very noisy and a bit cramped.
GBVery good: the bed was absolutely fantastic, very comfortable and very heavy blankets for cold Autumn nights. Very well decorated inside. Good: cleanliness (only a couple of ants when I entered, which I got rid of immediately).
Bad: price was a bit too much for what was offered. the place is very small, it is a garage turned into a room. It is advertised as a 1 bedroom flat, but in reality it is a very small studio, with just enough space for someone to walk. Very bad: nothing was particularly bad, except for the size, which is something the owners cannot control or change.
GBI liked the mini kitchen facilities and fridge. The bed was very comfortable and the linen smelt lovely.
There was heavy rain throughout the day and night of our visit. Unfortunately, the property developed a leak in the roof in the night.
