The location is great, it is very close to the beach (4-5 min walking distance). The apartment is comfortable, has a big terrace, kitchen well equipped and air conditioning in the living (we didn't need to use it, it wasn't necessary). The keys were in a lockbox at the entrance of the building. There are plenty of parking places around the block.

The building and the surrounding do not look friendly. The host send us indications to find the lockbox for the keys, but because we arrived late and it was dark, it was a a bit difficult to find the building. And even difficult to find the the apartment. I suggest to the host to improve the document containing the indications and mention clearly the floor and the apartment number (because it is not no. 1, it is the next one). The bathroom clearly needs a renovation. It was hard to use it. There is no cable TV. In the kitchen it would be helpful to have a microwave.

Good location and all amenities in place. Owners were responsive and allowed a later check out.

This may be related to us having booked only the day before we arrived. The apartment was very dirty when we arrived. Floors were dusty, as was the furniture, horrible smell emanating from the bathroom (and a very old bathroom with shower in one). Bed sheets too small and stained (looks as though they were not washed), bed very used.

Everything is great! The communication is perfect and fast even if it night, thank you! Room big, clean and kitchens has everything what we needed. Apartment near to sea so it’s good. Totally recommend!

I don’t have any minuses

Very well-equipped apartment! Really great kitchen, smart television in both rooms, washing opportunity and it’s quite close to the beach. We really love how big and comfortable it is, and it also has a really huge balcony where it was such a joy to have breakfast. The air conditioner does its job, and thanks to the shutters, you can arrive at a cool temperature many hours later.

Bathroom. I wouldn’t say we didn’t like it, furthermore, previous guests mentioned that it’s getting renovated this autumn, but for now, it’s a bit outdated and worse than the other parts of the flat. However, it’s totally functional and everything works there just fine.

The terrace was big and wonderful. The host was very nice with us.

The washing machine was functioning with anomalies and to put it in function it was hard because of lack of space to manipulate it. The bathroom is very small.

There are plenty of parking places in the neighbourhood. We asked for late check-out, and the owner was very flexible. The bathroom might need a renovation, but if you are not very pretentious, then for this value, it is good as well.

The apartment is ok. , quite comfortable, close to the beach, well-equipped kitchen.
