"DO NOT STAY HERE "

I couldn’t even communicate with the owners because their English was so bad so when I tried to call to call to let them know I needed to put down my friends name down to check in, they couldn’t understand me. Then when I got there to check in(after my friend waited almost an hour for me) they told me I booked a room with only one bed and continuously told me I needed to pay an extra 40 dollars. I showed them my app where it clearly stated 2 queen beds. We argued for 20 minutes before he finally rudely grabbed our room key. When we got to the room it was riddled with hair from previous tenants, bugs, and stunk like cigarette smoke. The owners English was so bad I couldn’t even communicate well enough to get a refund so we reluctantly stayed and were woken up at 8 in the morning being told to check out. DO NOT STAY HERE.
