Beach Haven

The double bed on ground floor was very uncomfortable. It was hard and the mattress had no give. The single bed on the third floor was only a little better.

The property was even better than the photographs. It was well stocked with all the basics and close to sing excellent restaurants and activities.

Sea views and location

Contractor/construction traffic around parking area. No where to hang clothes in main bedrooms.

Lovely, spacious house which is well equipped. Easy access and parking and right next to the beach. Short assistance from Chichester, Fishbourne and lots of pretty coastal towns and villages

Very clean and well appointed. Close to beach. Geographically close to amenities.

Ground floor bed very hard. Stairs to garden not very safe.

The house was larger than I was expecting, and very attractively appointed. The views of the sea from the balcony and main bedroom were fantastic. I loved the fact that the property was on four levels but with only a few stairs between each level - very clever design. I don’t think the photos did the property justice.

The parking space outside was adequate but not particularly easy to reverse back on - would be better rather than stones and sleepers to be a flat surface

Property was clean, well located and well stocked! We had essentials in the kitchen when we arrive which was great. We were also missing an iron but the host came to drop one as soon as I asked, and also allowed early check-in so we had somwhere safe for baby to take his nap! Very responsive and helpful and I would stay again! Thanks

I was surprised that there was no cot mattress in the cot. We made the best of what we had but a cot mattress is needed to make this a useable feature/amenity. Also lots of stairs so difficult with an exploring toddler ad elderly grandparent but it was warm and comfortable.
