Padova Umberto center appartments

Excellent location in center.

Photos show more than one apartment. You don’t know which will be yours until you arrive. We were in an attic, I did not expect and would not have booked. After a very hot day, checked into very hot apartment, no cool welcome. Elevator to floor, but then many steps up into attic space. Movable shower walls were difficult to arrange to hold water in. Leak in skylight after rain. Need instructions for trash disposal.

The reason for giving low grades to an actually nive place, is that it was without warm water and heating the first 2 days. Also the last 2 days was without heating in the radiators.

This review is related to the attic rooms above the stairs, apparently there is a separate apartment in the same building that has better conditions as I read from other travelers' reviews. Sadly, I have to say that the only highlight is the location of the property which is great.

bathroom had water drainage problems. Poor shower design causing water pool around the shower cabin that has no place to go, no matter how careful you are. Non induction pans for the induction stove, and the adaptor plates were not good enough (by the way, this is very cheap to fix! I didn't understand why the owners didn't). WIFI practically didn't work above the stairs. This can easily be fixed too, but apparently the owners didn't care which is beyond my understanding.

Perfectly placed in Padova, centrally situated, clean bedding and towels.

Apartment on second floor, on Main Street, very noisy. Advised never to use the lift as always broken down. Dishwasher did not work. Shower head hanging off. Water pressure terrible, shower was a dribble and even filling the kettle took ages. There was a drainage pump under the kitchen sink and the smell from that was terrible. On the last day checkout is at 10:00am, but all the electrics switch off at 9, so no time for a shower or to cook breakfast

Everything! It's a wonderful apartment, extremely comfortable and clean, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, exquisitely decorated. Even it is situated in the historic center, it's quiet. There were enough towels, and they even put slippers for each guest together with the towels. They let us enter a couple of hours earlier which we appreciated a lot. You can walk to all the sights without problem, and it is surrounded by nice restaurants. It's one of the best apartments, if not the best we have been in. Thanks!!!

I really liked the location, its very close to the Prato della Valle and the Scrovegnis Chapel. There are also 2 spacious bedrooms to stay. Having an air conditioner in the Italy summer was really a relief. Also with a washing machine you get to have the option of doing laundry if you want to.

The shower in the bathroom was quite strange, since the enclosure was movable, it sometimes lets water out on the sides.

The property was in a fantastic location, within walking distance to all amenities, sights, museums, etc. The rooms were spacious, kitchen very well equipped, and all in all, very comfortable. The added bonus was Netflix provided by the owner.

Improvement to the internet service. At times the connection would be completely lost, and sometimes very slow. During our stay, the dishwasher was not working, but we managed without it.

Great location, very central, very easy to access. Entire check-in process was well organized and simple. Host very friendly, accommodating, very responsive, even as my check-in and check-out plans changed slightly. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Padova and looking for a nice, central location.

Wifi speed could have been better but in reality it was no different than what other friends experienced at the same time in other places in the city. And it was reliable, so not a major issue.
