"Poor"

Nicely presented, good amenities, nice balcony for evening drinks

Whilst a lot of the property is well presented, some areas are tired and require some TLC. Worst part was that after requesting a cleaner to attend after check in, the response from the owner was to call me a liar regarding my concerns. For that reason, I can’t recommend the property to others

"Wonderful stay, highly recommended"

Sunset home was excellent. We had a last minute check in due to unforeseen circumstances with our pre arranged accomodation. Simona was very accommodating offered to organise a car from the station up to the place, however we were already on a bus. We booked the house at 10am the day of arrival and the property was ready by 12pm which we were extremely grateful for. Simona also offered to help us organise scooter or car rental however as we weren't in peak season the public transport was fine for us. The location was excellent and easy to get to sorrento, positano or capri. The station was a 20 minute walk and supermarket's about 5 minutes. There was a pizza place (cardone) about 3 minutes walk where we got a 1 meter pizza, 4 croquettes, 1 litre of coke and a 660ml peroni for under 30 euros. We highly recommend this stay and would gladly stay again!

Beautiful location and Simona was very kind and ready to meet our needs.Very close to supermarchet,and the center of town.Clean,and it was exactly what we saw in the pictures,very quiet and for us the perfect place to relax.....

"Beautiful house with stunning views! Highly recommended"

We had a great time staying at the Sunset House, and the host Simona was lovely and very welcoming. The house is clean, comfortable and everything you would need for a short vacation with a family. It also has a private parking sport, which is a big deal in Italy. It's walking distance from a small store where you can get fruit, veg and other bits for dinner. Walk to the centre of the town is a little bit tricky, as you would be retuning up a hill and in the heat - I would not recommended. So please make sure you have a car when you are looking to book this home. Highly recommended.

The house was perfect - thank you Simona. One suggestion would be to invest in a barbecue or a grill for the stunning terrace, for your guests to take full advantage of the sunset and the outdoor space.
