Comfy bed, had a kettle, bath was nice and big.

Water was lukewarm. Aircon quite old. Coffee cold at breakfast time.

Good size room. Lovely welcome drink of iced tea and cool cloth, also fruit basket and Swan towel art on beds. Only hotel we stayed at that actually supplied sugar and milk powder sachet for the tea and coffee. Buffet breakfast was a good selection, though it was a 'choose your option' not actual buffet, but understandable to not waste food.

Wasn't always someone at the restaurant to order food so 1 night we went elsewhere.

Charming hotel in a great location near the centre of Siem Reap. I have stayed here 5 times. Great staff. Too bad they no longer serve breakfast on the rooftop terrace; now it is ground level at the front of the hotel.

Great location, 10 mins walk to Pub Street, clean. Drinks and food were great and not expensive. We loved it!

Almost everything was perfect. Very helpful and friendly staff, all of them one by one! very good breakfast, very good food. The hotel's location in the middle of town makes everything more accessible. There is a laundry opposite the hotel!

The toilet seat doesn't feel comfortable to sit on and the bathroom curtain needs replacing!
