Super friendly staff. The hotel is clean, the rooms are big and the breakfast has enough options for local and western taste. There is a really nice coffee shop next to the hotel that belongs to the same owners.

The room was comfy and spacious. The staff was nice. Panha and Kosal in the restaurant/bar were fantastic! The location was great, walking distance to most things. The ac worked VERY well. Coffee and juice bar in the front was very nice! I don't drink coffee, but the fresh juices were amazing and very reasonably priced. The breakfast was good, as was the other food the restaurant offered for lunch and dinner. The bed was nice for me, but very firm if that sort of thing concerns you. They have a tuk tuk driver at the ready whenever you need, but they do seem to charge slightly more than just ordering a grab (worth it to just get the app). It was reasonably quiet. I felt very safe in the hotel and the neighborhood. All in all it was a good stay.

When I checked out they charged me for things I didn't use. The mini bar in the room was not stocked when I checked in but I was charged because the beer and water were 'gone'. Not the end of the world and I didn't find it worth quibbling over but wish they'd keep better track of things like that. Also the door had gaps/cracks that let mosquitoes in and was swollen (presumably from the humidity) making it difficult to lock/unlock. The bathroom could've been cleaner (seems like they just rinse things off, not actually clean). A few bugs (small roaches and earwigs) in the bathroom. Wifi was less than optimal and kept disconnecting.

Nice, local boutique hotel near the river at a great price. Staff were terrific. Made you feel welcome and so pleasant. Large room with good amenities. Good price on tuktuk tour through hotel. The pool had good depth and cold water. Very clean. Wifi was decent. Coffee shop was very good and my server Srey Ka made sure my visit was special.

Breakfast was not great. Limited foods for western tastes. Had to special order eggs and given small portions. Had to step up into a high tub for the shower with no handrails. Unsafe if older or have some disability. Towels were small and in bad condition. Still a great stay.

We were able to check in far earlier than we had arranged with 10 minutes notice. A different room but as we'd got there so early an understandable change and most welcomed.

Pool water didn't seem as clean as it could be.
