Big room

WiFi not so good

What makes this place special is the staff. They are so friendly, nothing is too much trouble. We were upgraded to a room on the 4th floor when we arrived and it was lovely. Spacious, modern bedroom and bathroom with a big comfy bed and nice balcony overlooking the pool and greenery around the hotel. The breakfast was very nice with lots of options and eggs made to order. We arranged an Angkor Wat Grand Circuit Tour with the hotel during our stay and had a very friendly, English-speaking driver who made the day seamless. Location was good, a very short and cheap tuktuk/Grab or 15-min walk to the centre of town (though plenty of great bars and restaurants nearer, too). We really didn’t want to have to leave!

This isn’t a complaint but since it’s not an adults-only hotel there were families with young kids in and around the pool at times. For the majority of our stay, this wasn’t much of an issue but a couple of times the noise level even from our balcony was quite high. Something to note if that’s really not for you.

A little bit rundown..

Super nice and helpful staff. Lovely rooms, pool and really an oasis of peace. It’s a bit far from the center of things.

The staff were brilliant and very helpful. The pool was perfect and the breakfast very substantial as well just what you need before a busy day or two at Angkor Wat.
