Their breakfast. It was very bad. They were giving me the same food over and over again for 5 days. There is no single recipe, I think they will put it in the fridge and serve it the next day. and cleaning also ony they do in bedroom not toilet..

The staff are amazing, friendly, helpful and just lovely. Pool terrific.

Sadly room was in bad need of a good bit of elbow grease and a scrub. We had paid extra to have the Cabana suite which was supposed to be their second best room.Dead insects stuck on walls, ceiling, windows etc. Hand basin in extremely bad way and just looked filthy,and don’t get me started on the toilet seat. I had to ask for another room soon after we arrived as it was not good and the second room only slightly better. I know the business like others have struggled since Covid, but cleaning can be cheap. Just a lot of good elbow grease needed here

Our second time in this hotel, the sweetest staff in the world :) Great breakfast, they can even pack it up if you want to see the sunrise at the temple. Clean room and comfortable bed, wifi, swimming pool, everything you need. They also provide bicycles, motorbikes for rent.

Breakfast and amazing pool. Lovely room and staff. They set up excursions, soo reasonable. Easy tuktuk to pub street and circus Nice bar at pool

The place is enormous and offers a great breakfast. It is well-located and provides good value for the money spent.

The beds were somewhat old.

Really lovely hotel. Very big and clean rooms with comfy beds. The staff were very friendly and helpful. You can also get breakfast boxes to take with you if you are leaving early.

The staff provided exceptional service. They were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable and air conditioned. Quiet location away from the busy areas/district.

Very minor things like wear & tear issues eg. Crack in the sink.

The staff were all v helpful & so courteous. Always offering assistance & suggestions. So nice having the pool to cool off at the end of the day. Our departure flight was later in the evening, we were offered a later check out and a room to shower before heading to the airport.

Unfortunately out of the hotels control, there were “chanting “ blasted from early morning & all day long across the street due to some celebration. When that celebration was done another started towards the back of the hotel. So our whole stay we had the loud chanting. You do get use to it & we were main out on tours during the day. But still v jarring to wake up to every morning. The cleaning staff could be doing a better job, we had to request toilet paper daily.
