So cozy and comfortable, very clean and Barbara was so lovely

Shower would have been better with a curtain or screen, had to bend over to wash my hair which was made more difficult as I have a broken wrist so difficult to hold shower over me as no shower hook on wall.

The property was really clean, thats pretty much the only good thing

The property we stayed in is in no way comfortable for 7 people as it states in the description. I'd say it could fit 4 people at most. The 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor have 0 privacy, as the room doors are something closer to a stable doors for horses than real doors. They are not lockable and you can see over the top of them. The bathroom is also super inconvenient, as the bathtub is half sized, so it's not really usable as a bath and the roof/walls above it are slanted, so you're also not able to stand up if you're over the height of 1.50m. Basically you have to shower while sitting on your knees. The stone sink is cool tho, makes the bathroom look more luxurious in photos. Also, bookings usually have at least some minimal complimentary things in them so that you don't need to run to the shop immediately after arriving and can at least make yourself a tea or something to relax after the long way there. Here we didn't get anything, not even sugar/salt. The soap dispenser was also about 10% full for the 7 of us for 7 day stay, as well as only 4 rolls of toilet paper. Even tho the location was nice and the property was clean, the price/performance rating is pretty bad compared to other locations we have stayed in Zakopane, and the booking was wayyy too tiny and cramped up for 7 people

Firewood not provided and not informed about the extra cost until we arrived. The price was fair, however. No matches provided to light the fire when I requested it. Was told that I can buy some in town myself. Staff made derogatory racial/ethnic comments about our neighbors. Completely inappropriate. No standup shower option and low ceilings in the kitchen. This was all accurately represented on the photos.
