"Que mala experiencia en tan buena ubicación"

Cobran lo que no es , luego te llaman a decir cosas que no son

Muchas cosas , lo peor el que no hay agua caliente está sucio , la cortina no es larga deja salir el agua por ende se hace barro , fatal

No había presencia del personal del hotel, la infraestructura no es la adecuada, los útiles de aseo te brindan únicamente el día que llegas y no te renuevan.

The property is very central and close to City main square and to amenities. An old beautiful house, which could do better with a refurbishing.

Rooms are so close to each other, so easy to hear what is going on next door. Shared bathroom too small, shower has little/none hot water at times. L

"Good price in an excellent location by very lovely people"

My stay here was excellent! The place is in one of the best locations in town. If you are young and like to party in the city this is the stay for you. The building is old but this is part of the charm of the neighborhood. On the other hand, the acomodations are very good. Nice bed, clean sheets and a very warm blanket (this is fundamental here at cold nights of Cusco). Good bathroom and a hot and easy shower to use. I was coming from Machu Picchu and the Inca Rail got late for 4 hours(!). It was not a problem for us because Judith was very lovely and comprehensive and received us late at night in a moment we were really needing a lodge to stay. Talk to Judith and she will help you on anything you need.

There is nothing to complain.
