Perfect location and very Nice rooms

Too much noise coming both through doors and ventilation in batjroom

Superb location right in the center of calzada de los frailes. Nice, spacious rooms, with proper a/c and good beds, great shower.the staff at front desk always super kind and attentive. Good parking right on property.

Some rooms may suffer from a little noise at night from nearby bars. Could be an issue if you have light sleep. Breakfast was ok, nothing wow.

The best possible location in Valladoid, on the best and most vibrant street and also+ a 10 min walk to the main square. The stuff were polite and welcoming. There is a private parking for ~6 cars. There was a big hamock in the room, which was very comfortable, but it obstruct the room (when unfolded). There were complementary water bottles. Nice breakfast. Everything looked clean. TIP: If possible request a room with a higher number (further from noise). We were in room 7, but probably room 10 is quieter.

Noise from next door bar, but (for room 7) if the bathroom door and balcony are closed, it is very managable to sleep. However the noises from other guests are noticable. There was only one body soap that we also use as a hand soap (didn't ask if could have another, but was missing) There is a smell comming from the shower drainage (therefor they put a rubber cover). [Note: this was noticed in other hotels in Yukatan as well] Breakfast was on the sweet side, and if you can avoid the "lunch box" (packed breakfast brought to your room earlier then normal breakfast time, in order to accomodate for guests that are leaving early)

Super hotel boutique en plein centre de Valladolid, chouette petite piscine pour se détendre, on n'y a fait qu'une nuit en transit, mais on aurait pu y faire 2 et profiter plus longuement de mieux visiter la ville et voir les autres cenote aux environs (on a fait Zaci très bien). On est là en plein dans une ambiance bobo, entourés de bars, resto et boutiques dédiées aux visiteurs, la ville étant petite le reste, la ville typique est 2 rues plus loins et sympa. Décoration simple/moderne et efficace, tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon moment. Très confortable et calme la nuit (en fin de journée le bar d'à côté mets la musique, qui comme partout au Mexique est très forte)

Rien, la chambre est peut-être plus petite que les autres que nous avons eu au Mexique (on s'habitue vite à ce luxe d'espace), mais ça reste spacieux pour nous.

This is an old school place that reminds me of an old Palm Springs motel. It has a bit of a mid century vibe, lovely greenery and an excellent breakfast. The staff is amazing. Ask for a back room, with more privacy and quiet. This is also a very clean hotel on the only nice street in town with their own parking. Shopping and restaurants are all on the same street. Shower is good. Air con is good. Their lobby shop has nice artesian made things that make great gifting.

This place is showing its age and signs of wear but the staff, breakfast and attention to cleanliness makes up for it. It’s obviously no frills but what do you expect for the price?
