Quiet street in the centre. Central location

It was last minute booking for 1 night, confirmed by Booking.com and fully prepaid. The owner however claimed Booking. Com mistake and said that minimum booking time is 2 nights and the Cost per night is higher. This is obvious miscommunication between the owner and booking. Com

Appartement très propre et literie très confortable. En plus,il est superbement bien placé : tout près des commerces - un excellent café en bas - et des restaurants, tout en étant au calme. Gérant sympa , et gentil petit cadeau de bienvenue.

La kitchenette ne semblait pas terminée : il faudra prévoir des branchements pour les fours, et fournir une machine à café. ( + mettre des cintres dans la chambre- le gérant nous en aurait probablement apporté si j'avais demandé...).

Nice quite place and good location in Lecco city. Great host who was very helpful and even give us his free parkingspace 👏

Very warm in the rooms. Also was impossible to get a normal temp in the bedroom. Very noisy mobile Aircon in the bedroom. Too much noise and not enough fresh air to get temp down enough.
