Sole Suites Apartments Playa del Carmen

Suite was clean.

Missing items when we arrived and it took a while to get most of them. The last few days we weren’t given bath towels even after we repeatedly requested them.

Modern apartment with plenty of space and nice balcony. Very friendly and helpful personnel. Great location close to 5th Avenue, restaurants, shopping etc.

Unfortunately the apartments are located close to 3 bars/discos which are very loud until 4am. It really spoiled our first week. If you choose these apartments, speak with them aforehand and make sure you get an apartment less exposed to the noise/street. A pity for great apartments! Kitchen a bit under equipped and we would have liked a parasoll at the rooftop/pool.

La amplitud y la comodidad del apartamento

Es una zona un poco ruidosa por la noche pero es un tema que excede al apartamento. Los espacios comunes de la terraza un poco descuidados

*Departamento: era muy amplio y el balcón justo era de los más grande. *Funcionamiento: todo muy bien. *Limpieza: limpiaban todos los días y muy bien. *Ubicación: es excelente, estás ubicado en el medio de todo, queda muy cerca de todo, el mar está a una cuadra pero justo ahí no hay playa, la playa queda a 3 cuadras!! Tenes un kiosco abajo y otro a una cuadra, después a 6 cuadras quedan 2 supermercados. *El ferri ⛴️ y la terminal de bus 🚍 quedan a 6 cuadras y en la 5ta avenida es todo, mucha variedad de bares 🍲 y muchos negocios. *boliches: están a media cuadra, son medios ruidosos pero nunca nos afectó al dormir, si cerras todas las ventanas casi que no se escucha y a las 3 am cierran 💃🕺

En algunas partes del edificio se ven medias deterioradas o gastadas por el tiempo como en el balcón, en la piscina y terraza .

Amplio, cómodo, limpio, bien ubicado. Cortinas de black out! Muy buen aire acondicionado y TV en cada ambiente

Falta de luz en la cocina y una tostadora de pan y una pava eléctrica

Közel volt a nyüzsgő sétáló utca.Két szoba,két fürdőszobával,nagy nappalival.

Zajos nagyon.Nem hangszigeteltek a nyílászárók.A 303-as szoba a lift mellett volt.Zúgott,rezgett a fal mikor ment a lift.Felettünk reggelig huzogatták a vasszékeket.A wc minden nap eldugult.Kis nyomás a zuhanyzóban.A teaföző nem működött.A kerámia fözőlap szétrepedve.

Great location. Close to the beach and fifth Avenue. Easy walking distance almost anywhere.

Very close to the loud nightclubs that go till 4 AM on first Avenue. First night was unbearable. I was on The Street side of the hotel. After discussing with management, they agreed to move me to the back of the hotel one floor below the pool. It was perfect. No noise, quiet there was an elevator if I needed it. And had direct access to the top level where the pool was. After the move was complete it was a perfect stay.

Très proche de la plage, des restaurants et des attraits touristiques. Le personnel était très gentil.

Les équipements de cuisine sont très limités. La toilette ne fonctionnait pas bien. L'appartement et l'immeuble étaient en ordre mais plutôt défraîchis.
